Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the moment the order is placed and payment is received. In exceptional cases (e.g. large orders or holidays), processing time may be slightly extended — we will inform you about this via email.
Domestic Shipping (Poland)
We currently ship within Poland only.
- Shipping cost: 10 PLN
- Carriers: InPost (parcel lockers) and DPD (courier)
- Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days from dispatch
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to track your parcel on the carrier’s website.
Damages During Transport
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly send photos of the damage to printomix3d@gmail.com — we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
